How to pay your rent

The rent for your home includes a basic rent for your dwelling and may include an additional sum for services provided in connection with it. The rent is payable monthly, in advance, on the 1st day of each month. You may also request a statement of your rent account at any time.

Direct Debits - Forms are available from the office to arrange for rent payments to be made directly from your bank account each month. You only need to complete this form once provided your bank details remain the same.

Standing Orders - Forms are available from the office to arrange for rent payments to be made directly from your bank account each week or month. You will be asked to complete a new form each time the rent changes.

Office - You can pay your rent at the office weekly, fortnightly or monthly; whichever is the most convenient to you. We accept payment by cash, cheque or debit card.
