Miller Street/Burn Street

Our 1st development was in 1999, which was a brown field site development. This was a train and build scheme and we built 10 flats in Wick.

Telford Street

Centre of Lower Pulteneytown, Wick, 16 Properties through a Design & Build scheme, which was contracted by M M Miller (Wick). They used original stone walls and architectural touches, which reflect the local heritage. The art project is also based around the herring heritage.

Harrowhill

This site is in Pulteneytown, Wick. There are 28 Properties which are made up of 2 bedroomed flats and 3 & 4 bedroomed houses. It was completed in November 2006 and provided much needed affordable rented and low cost home ownerhip family housing.

Saltoun Street

This site is in Lower Pulteneytown, Wick. It was completed in December 2007 and completes the Telford Street quadrant. There is an office space which has been sold, 2 shared equity flats and a rented flat.

Williamson Street

This site is in the ownership of the Highland Housing Alliance and they have developed 11 units for sale and low cost home ownership. Pentland Housing Association have 5 units for affordable rent. This scheme was completed in August 2010.

South Head

This is a large site on the Eastern edge of Wick that Pentland Housing Association purchased from the Highland Council.

This scheme is being developed in phases in partnership with the Highland Housing Alliance.  It is a mixed tenure site that assists in meeting the need for rented and low cost home ownership for the next few years and will provide 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation.  Phase one is now complete and consists of 17 properties
