South Head, Wick

This is a large site on the Eastern edge of Wick that is now in the ownership of Pentland Housing Association having been purchased from the Highland Council.

This scheme was developed in phases in partnership with the Highland Housing Alliance.  It is a mixed tenure site that assists in meeting the need for rented and low cost home ownership for the next few years and provides 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation.
