South Head, Wick

This is a large site on the Eastern edge of Wick that Pentland Housing Association purchased from the Highland Council.

This scheme is being developed in phases in partnership with the Highland Housing Alliance.  It is a mixed tenure site that assists in meeting the need for rented and low cost home ownership for the next few years and will provide 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation.

Phase one is now complete and consists of 17 properties.
