Each year the Association considers how much rents will increase in the coming financial year which starts on 1 April 2012. In order for us to make that decision we would like to get the views of as many of our tenants as possible. Therefore as part of our annual planning event we have included a session when the issue will be debated. I would like to invite you to attend our planning event which is on Saturday, 28 January 2012 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm at the Pentland Hotel, Thurso. The programme is on the reverse of this letter. If you are unable to attend the whole day then you are very welcome to simply attend the discussion on rent setting which will begin at around 11.30 am until about midday.
If you would like to attend either of these times then please let us know by contacting Caroline Paul, Corporate Officer at the Association. Can you please also advise Caroline if you will be staying for the full day and she will organise lunch for you. This is your opportunity to have your say on the future rent increases of the Association. I hope you will be able to attend.
