Please tell us what you think about proposed changes to our Mutual Exchanges Policy. We are consulting tenants through a short online survey. You can find it here https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MEXPHA2020
Mutual Exchanges help tenants to move by swapping their homes with other tenants. We are proposing to update the criteria we use to make decisions. The Highland Housing Register partners are doing this together. Our changes are to: make better use of funding; meet housing needs and; make sure we are consistent in our decision making across Highland.
This consultation closes on Monday 21st September.2020
If you can’t do the online survey but want to give us your views, please speak to your local housing officer.
Watch out for more tenant consultations coming your way soon.
